When we send books, CDs or DVDs outside of the UK, these are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).  This means that customs charges, duties, or taxes may need to be paid before delivery to you can be completed. 

It is your (the customer’s) responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes. Should these be payable, then your local customs office or delivery company will contact you arrange payment.  These charges must all be paid in order for customs to release your order and for it to be delivered. Some carriers may charge a small admin fee.  

Please be aware that large orders for which the customs charges, duties, or taxes are not paid for promptly may incur additional charges for storage at Customs.
